 Modes of payment :

1. Preferably online (Registration receipt by e-mail in the next 48 hrs)
2. Or by cheque payable to “Journées Klotz” sent to scientific secretariat (Registration receipt after reception by mail of the cheque with the printed version of the registration)
3. or by transfer to the bank account to the association :

“Journées internationales H.P. Klotz” n° 18206-00204-30488520001 – 41 at Crédit Agricole IBAN code : FR 76, BIC code AGRIFRPP882 (Registration receipt after reception of the bank transfert proof and printed version of the registration)

The registration fee includes the participation to the scientific sessions, the program and the proceedings, which will be published in Annales d’Endocrinologie and will be available at the opening of the symposium.
Undergraduate and postgraduate students have not to pay the registration fee.  However, they have to register and provide an official statement to attest their student position at the opening of the symposium.

after May 16, registrations have to be done at the opening of the symposium (cash or checks only)
